Since its inception in 1995, LPC Maintenance has been offering a range of services including plumbing, electrical works, painting and glazing. Backed by qualified plumbers, electricians, heating technicians and experienced tradesmen, LPC carries out repairs and maintenance across both residential and commercial portfolios.

LPC has been using Plentific for just over a year - during which the business has steadily sourced 80% of its work via the platform. We spoke to Oliver, Operations Manager at LPC, whose day to day involves logging into Plentific, dealing with queries, shortlisting jobs, coordinating with engineers in the field and managing invoices - all within the Plentific dashboard.

Oliver mentions that in a short span of time, he was able to confidently navigate his way around the Plentific dashboard. He mentions how user-friendly it is and how he's able to hand-off from his desktop to his phone when he's out in the field. Here are his highlights:
Volume and variety of work.
In their first year, LPC Maintenance successfully completed over 2,500 jobs. They're able to leverage the platform's strengths to quote on more work built around its strengths - but also use the intuitive labelling and filtering features to find a variety of jobs in its chosen areas, which it can then adapt and expand its service around.
Effortless admin.
They sign on, determine what works need to be done, supply pictures and attachments, and they can chat to resolve queries instantly. Invoicing with a click, having full visibility of their accounts and the platform's rapid payment disbursements have made chasing a thing of the past.
Expansion of services.
Since February 2020, LPC have added seven additional engineers and two additional vans thanks to Plentific. They're now expanding to offer support for emergency, out of hours jobs and have hence started doing a later service. They're confident that with the extra amount of work, they can keep this going.

Oliver describes the platform as intuitive, easy and user friendly. The only learning curve for him was the invoicing feature which he quickly grew to love in his second week using Plentific. Today, LPC's process of winning new work - invoicing, getting paid - starts and ends with Plentific.
"Compared to the service we used in the past, Plentific is cheaper, quicker. There's more variety of jobs, easily labeled. I can filter what sorts of jobs I want according to what works we do and which areas we do them in."
