What happens next?

How do refunds work?
You are eligible for a refund if you cancel within 14 days of booking or the job has not been started. For further details, please see the Terms & Conditions.
Good to know about your deal.
If your Pro inspects your job and decides that changes are required to the size and price, they must gain your consent before the work can begin. Any additional charges must be invoiced via the Plentific Dashboard to be protected by the Plentific Guarantee.
