To keep your boiler working safely, efficiently and to reduce the risk of breakdown, gas boiler manufacturers recommend that you have it serviced every 12 months
Inspection of quality and state of installed boiler, controls and main components to ensure safe operating
Inspection for leaks, damage, unsafe emissions and corrosion of boiler
Check of boiler gas pressure
Cleaning of boiler parts, where necessary
Your gas appliances will be tested for gas tightness, standing and working pressure, burner pressure, gas rate compared to the manufacturer's data plate and efficiency of stability brackets, where applicable
Flame failure components will be inspected
Flue flow will be tested
Gas Safety Certificate

Please note that a boiler servicing job will not include fixing a faulty or unreliable boiler
Heating, plumbing or appliance problems
Cost of re-inspecting and repairing failures detailed on your Gas Safety Certificate and found during your job
