Ali mentions that he has carved out a dedicated office space for HomeFlo staff that works just with Plentific. He calls this the 'Plentific office'. This space houses admin staff as well as ten operatives, each with a van of their own, working daily to provide excellent service to Plentific customers like Peabody, Notting Hill Genesis, Wandle, CDS Co-operatives and more.
Ali envisions doubling this team to 20 by the end of 2022. He believes that the rate at which Plentific is growing and adding serviceable properties to its platform, he should have no trouble expanding alongside.

'It's a blessing', says Ali. He explains that he no longer worries about invoicing or chasing payments. Plentific automates this process so that when a job is completed, invoices can be generated with a click. Payments are just as fast. Ali says that while on paper, invoices are meant to be paid over 14 days, he doesn't have to wait more than two days for a payment. In some cases, invoices are paid on the same day. This helps with cashflow for a growing business like HomeFlo and, because the whole process is so streamlined, it saves the team invaluable time.
