Automatic job scheduling
By integrating with Plentific, Staykeepers has launched an automated, end-to-end property management logistics solution for short-term rentals. By leveraging Staykeepers’ experience in short lets worldwide and Plentific’s powerful work order management portals, key aspects of property management, such as job scheduling, have become entirely automated.
The development of fully automated scheduling saves time and resources by eliminating manual mistakes and the need for additional personnel to create service schedules.
Previously, scheduling of every service used to take, on average, two minutes per service. Due to the automation between Plentific and Staykeepers, it’s now done automatically and is only monitored by supervisors and managers on shift. This has reduced the need for manual input by 90%
Forecasting capacity in advance
Operating journeys associated with the mobilisation of new buildings can become complex very quickly. They require quick tenant and guest turnaround times. Staykeepers sought a partner with a data-driven approach that could make forecasting such journeys faster, and scale alongside increases in demand.
With their partnership, Staykeepers and Plentific are able to ensure automatic synchronisation of any active properties. The ability to schedule services (according to allocated time per service) also assists with capacity planning. As a result, Staykeepers is able to leverage its integration with Plentific to manage 600+ services per day in peak times.

Staykeepers, together with Plentific, have created an industry breakthrough by providing clients the choice of a service delivery model based on their preferences. And it’s entirely automated.
Plentific provides Staykeepers the flexibility to use its own proprietary marketplace of vetted contractors alongside Staykeepers’ Direct Labour Operatives Portal and Staykeepers’ Appointed Contractors.
Custom rules and criteria are programmed into Staykeepers’ platform for various services. Once a work order is raised, it is filtered through a client’s preferred rules and contractor criteria. Aspects such as travel time, average job duration and capacity are all considered automatically by the system, in real-time, before assigning a job to the most suitable delivery method from the selection above.
