Kevin and his team worked brilliantly. They were very thorough, friendly and helpful. The bathroom has been completed to a very
high standard. Kevin was easily contactable and made sure I was completely happy. I would definitely use them again. Thank you very much

Smooth process from start to finish. I hired James to complete an EPC for my house - his communications were prompt,
he was able to come at a time which was convenient to me, arrived on time, carried out the work without any problems and delivered the EPC to me the same night. Polite, courteous, efficient and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise in the future.
Trio Properties Ltd

I hired Trio Properties to deal with some problems in the electric installation in the house I'm renting. The whole process
went without a hiccup and I always felt that I was in control of what was happening. All the options and prices were perfectly outlined at all times and they were attentive and professional at all times. I could not be more satisfied with their service and I would definitively recommend them to anyone that has issues with their electric installation.

I can Highly recommend Nas, i had some problems with my bathroom, a few leaks because the bathroom was not
installed correctly. Nas came took a look and fixed it pretty quick. My bath was leaking in three places, nas fixed it and said he would not charge me for the labour, only the parts, which i thought was so kind of him. Nas had even wiped his shoes on my door mat before entering my place (which not a lot of construction men do on arrival) . Nas also said he would wait a few days before sending payment req through just to make sure no leaks would reappear, and if anything resurfaced he would come back! Again thank you Nas

Finding an estate agent

Use Plentific to find the best local estate agent for your house sale or purchase. The role of your agent is to guide you through this process, acting as a trustworthy and knowledgeable consultant and advisor. In the case of a house purchase, the agent’s role is to understand your needs and requirements, the must-haves and the nice-to-haves, and carry out the search on your behalf. In the case of a house sale, they must market and advertise your property to achieve as close to or in excess of the price you want.

A successful client-agent relationship is one where the client is only shown properties or offers that are in line with what was previously agreed. It’s a relationship where the client does not feel shoehorned.

What do you need to know about finding an estate agent?

Whether you are buying or selling your property, it’s important to assess accreditation. First step is to find out if the agency is a member of a professional trade association - two examples being the National Association of Estate Agents and the Guild of Professional Estate agents. All of their members are qualified professionals and must follow strict rules of conduct.

Another box to tick is to find out what qualifications your estate agent has. The NAEA recognises the Level 3 Technical Award in Estate Agency. Registering and qualifying with the NAEA is voluntary, which means any agency that has done this is one that is committed to a high-quality and trustworthy service.

It is worth researching how the agency practises its sales, ranging from how they market properties similar to yours/those you are looking to buy to the prices they trade on. Think about your checklist for your next property or what you want from your sale experience and see how their process aligns with that.

Explore what you want them to specialise in, do you want it to be the location or the property? For example, a nationwide estate agents may specialise in your type of property or properties at a certain price point across the country.

What does an estate agent do?

An estate agents role is to market properties, the process will begin with valuations and then is followed by marketing and advertising. They act as the go-between from buyer to seller and assist in the negotiation of price.

How much does it cost to hire an estate agent?

Estate agents usually charge a percentage fee, which can be anywhere between 0.75% and 2.5% of the agreed selling price for your home depending on the type of contract you choose.

Use Plentific to compare prices for the best estate agents in your area. Plentific recommends that you speak to at least three local kitchen locksmiths to receive quotes in order to find the best professional for your home services.
