If your service was not completed according to the final scope agreed through Plentific's systems we will work with you and your Pro to correct the problem. When this is not possible, we will find another Pro to get your job finished. We will also cover any additional work up to the value of £1,000.
If anything should go wrong, the original Pro who carried out the works will come back to fix it. If they are not available in a reasonable timescale then we will find another Pro for you.
The only way to get the Plentific Guarantee is to book and pay for your Pro through Plentific.com
