How it works
Let’s face it, a good Pro can be hard to find. You want your job done to a high standard, with no complications. This is where the Plentific Guarantee comes in handy.
The Plentific Guarantee gives you peace of mind for all your home improvement projects. We want you to buy with confidence anytime you purchase a service on Plentific.com or our partner websites; that's why we guarantee service quality when you purchase services from a Plentific Pro on Plentific.com. If the service was not completed according to the final scope agreed through Plentific’s systems we’ll work with you and the Pro to correct the problem or we’ll find you another Pro to get your job finished up to £1,000.
We do our best to verify Pros and make no mistake, we are on your side. If anything should go wrong, the original Pro who carried out the works will come back to fix it. If they are not available in a reasonable timescale then we will find another Pro for you.
Following the agreement and payments of your deposit to Plentific you will be entitled to utilise the Plentific Consumer Legal Helpine at 0114 296 1054. The Consumer Legal Helpline service provides advice on personal consumer disputes that occur over the next 12 months. A legal claims professional will advise on your chances of success in taking the Pro to court, including any compensation you may be able to claim for. It's that simple.
Additionally, some participating Verified Pros may offer a two-year insurance backed guarantee on their work, along with deposit protection and workmanship warranty which will be visible as part of the provided quote by the Verified Pro and include this icon . The two-year guarantee means if they cease trading and anything goes wrong with the work they have completed, then it will be fixed under the insurance guarantee. The deposit protection means if the Pro ceases trading then you are protected up to 25% of the contract value or the full amount if surveying and reporting only. Work in progress is additionally protected up to 25% of the contract price if the Pro ceases trading before completing the job. To find out more, please read the policy wording.
Plentific, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine whether the provided services were performed in a reasonably unsatisfactory manner.

How can I make a claim?
Prior to submitting a claim, please review the Plentific Guarantee terms and conditions in full to determine that you are eligible and that you can provide proper documentation. If so, simply email us as support@plentific.com and you’ll be connected with one of our Guarantee colleagues who will respond within one business day.
What happens after making a claim?
After you make a claim, Plentific will attempt to reach a resolution with your Pro. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, we will cover the expense of finding another Pro or resolving the issue up to £1,000. If a claim is made against the optional 2 Year Workmanship Protection, the case will then be referred to our insurance partner.
