If the service was not completed according to the final scope agreed through Plentific’s systems we’ll work with you and the Pro to correct the problem or we’ll find you another Pro to get your job finished up to £1,000. We do our best to verify Pros and make no mistake, we are on your side.
If anything should go wrong, the original Pro who carried out the works will come back to fix it. If they are not available in a reasonable timescale then we will find another Pro for you.
The only way to get the Plentific Guarantee is to book and pay for your Pro through Plentific.com
