Direct Debit - customers can link a bank account to each business unit in Plentific by completing a Direct Debit Mandate form. Each time a user clicks ‘Pay’ on an invoice in Plentific, a Direct Debit ‘pull’ of the exact amount of funds is created and funds are transferred to a designated virtual bank account (VBAN) on Plentific.
Bank Transfer - customers can make outbound payments towards a designated virtual bank account (VBAN) available on Plentific. Customers push their funds whenever they want, having full control over the payment process. No configuration is needed on the customer side. Every customer on Plentific will automatically have their bank transfer details generated by Stripe and stored on Plentific.
Payments via Stripe are available to all Plentific customers who receive work orders and pay them through the platform.
