Plentific has unveiled a new partnership with property marketplace TheHouseShop.com. This latest partnership will see Plentific extend its services to thousands of landlords throughout the UK.
TheHouseShop’s website provides an easy-to-use service for UK landlords, homeowners and estate agents which allows them to conveniently sell, let and manage their properties.
We’re really excited to launch this partnership and welcome TheHouseShop.com into the growing Plentific network.
A huge advantage of this new partnership is that it will allow the two proptech companies to utilise each other’s customer bases. In Plentific’s case, users on TheHouseShop’s website will be able to use Plentific’s ‘Find a Pro’ service to arrange tradesmen for hundreds of jobs, including EPC assessments, end-of-tenancy cleaning and general maintenance.
Stephen Jury, Marketing Lead at Plentific, commented:“We’re really excited to launch this partnership and welcome TheHouseShop.com into the growing Plentific network. Our approved tradesmen and trade professionals are now able to claim jobs booked via their site. We have integrated into TheHouseShop’s customer experience with our fully interactive white label solution which utilises all of our platforms features. ”
Plentific is rapidly expanding its customer reach through partnerships with a number of other leading property websites, including Zoopla, the HomeOwners Alliance and the Planning Portal. Plentific has also launched marketing campaigns on property websites powered by Mitula, including Nestoria, and has recently been listed as one of Business Cloud’s top ‘101 Tech Start-Up Disrupters’.
Plentific’s on demand booking service is a perfect solution for our landlords who need to quickly sort tenant issues.
TheHouseShop have also experienced significant growth since their launch in 2015 and are now emerging as the leading one-stop property marketplace in the UK. With a number of significant new partnerships already announced this year, including the National Landlords Association, TheHouseShop now shift their focus to the host of new services that will be launched over the coming months - including a newly designed tenant referencing system and customisable rental contracts for landlords.
