The Directors of the company have previously worked in some of our largest financial institutions and estate agencies such as Prudential Holborn, Halifax, Countrywide Prudential Property Services and the Santander Bank and have over 50 years of experience between them.

We not only find properties we help with schools, spousal employment and permits if required. For all our purchase fees we charge a total of .75% of the purchase price for all Plentific/Zoopla enquiries throughout 2015

represents the established relocation industry in the UK. Being a member proves commitment to best practice, customer satisfaction and professionalism. We hold full professional and public employers liability insurance cover.
We work on a consultancy basis so charge a flat daily rate regardless of what support you require. We will record our activities so that you are ware how our time has been spent.
To access our services
There is a retainer fee of £ 350. This will secure our services and will mean that we will block time and allocate a consultant to work with you on a 'first come, first served' basis. Paying this fee means we will also start the
work for you. The retainer fee is non-refundable.
All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT
