Planit produces high quality architectural design work and has worked extensively on numerous residential projects in London, chiefly in Lambeth and Wandsworth boroughs, and the UK. Feasibility, design and planning are a critical part of our work and with 15 years' experience; we have encountered a range of issues and in the process built up a considerable knowledge base.
Our design work is varied and includes:
· Full-house refurbishments;
· Conversion of large houses to flats;
· Flats converted to fully restored houses;
· New builds on Brownfield sites;
· Loft conversions, extensions and internal remodelling.
In most cases, these works will require either planning consent or, under permitted development, a certificate of lawfulness. We provide services from the initial feasibility and appraisal through the planning process to design and
construction.
