Users procuring Plentific's solutions via G-Cloud will have a streamlined procurement experience.
We are pleased to announce that Plentific has become a Crown Commercial Services supplier within the UK Government G-Cloud 13 framework. The G-Cloud Framework enables public bodies to procure cloud services through an online catalogue called the Digital Marketplace, meaning that Local Authorities and Housing Associations can now access our revolutionary cloud-based property operations management software without the need to do their own full review process.
The following Plentific modules are now available for procurement via G-Cloud.
Repairs Manager, a cloud-based, mobile-enabled software that allows users to manage and track all repairs from raised to resolved, as well as get competitive tenders from a marketplace of over 20,000 contractors.
Resident Manager, which empowers residents and property managers to collaborate for faster issue resolution by giving residents powerful self-serve features in an intuitive package, with guided issue diagnosis for faster fault reporting.
Compliance Manager, which provides one source of truth for building safety, between landlord, contractor and resident. Tools for fire, gas and electrical safety give users the ability to standardise compliance processes across their portfolio.
Advanced Analytics, which unlocks new insights for property managers and their team members to make better business decisions and measure team and contractor performance proactively.
Benefits of procuring Plentific via G-Cloud.
In line with G-Cloud requirements, users procuring cloud services from Plentific via G-Cloud will benefit from high levels of transparency. Procurement will include service information, service definitions and pricing, with terms and conditions clearly laid out on the Digital Marketplace. Users will gain easy access to a local supply chain of trade specialists, including SMEs, thereby supporting the government's commitment to spend £1 in every £3 with small businesses.
Users procuring Plentific's solutions via G-Cloud will have a streamlined procurement experience, with no requirements for Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), Invitation to Tender (ITT), Request for price (RFP), request for quote (RFQ), request for information (RFI) or negotiation. Users will not be subject to any long-term contracts either. Standard contracts of 12 months will apply.
