Plentific will support The Guinness Partnership to enhance the resident experience, streamlining backlog repairs and maintenance management across its 65,000 homes, and automating workflows. Furthermore, The Guinness Partnership will adopt Plentific to help tackle damp and mould issues in specific properties.
